1. Warranty Information
How long is the warranty period and what does it cover?
All Mirror Vision eyewear includes a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. It covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship (e.g., defective hinges, loose components, or frame breakage not caused by misuse or accidents).
What are the terms and conditions of the lens warranty?
Lenses are covered for manufacturing defects (e.g., coating peeling or discolouration due to production issues) within 12 months. Scratches, impact damage, or improper cleaning are not covered.
What are the terms and conditions of the frame warranty?
Frames are covered for manufacturing defects within 12 months. Damage resulting from impact, heat, bending, modifications, or misuse is not covered.
Is the warranty valid at any shop?
Warranty claims are processed through our online support team. Please provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) with your claim.
I lost my warranty card. Is my eyewear still covered?
Yes. Coverage remains valid if you can provide proof of purchase.
The warranty period has expired. Can you still provide service?
No. We do not provide service once the warranty period has ended.
I have lost my glasses. Am I covered by the warranty?
Loss or theft is not covered. The warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship.
2. Lens Information
The prescription on the lenses is not suitable for me. Can I request an exchange?
If the issue is due to our processing or a manufacturing error, we provide a one-time complimentary replacement within 7 days of receipt. If the prescription supplied to us was incorrect, we can still replace the lenses at an additional cost.
My lenses have become scratched. Does the warranty cover this?
No. Scratches from daily use, accidents, or improper cleaning are not covered.
I am concerned about lens thickness. Can they be made thinner?
Yes. We offer high-index lens upgrades (e.g., 1.61 / 1.67 / 1.74) that are thinner and lighter while maintaining optical power. Upgrade fees apply.
I purchased single-vision glasses. Can I change to progressive lenses?
Yes. Upgrading to progressive lenses is possible and will require a new lens order. Charges apply.
I purchased progressive lenses. Can you change them to single-vision lenses (e.g., reading)?
Yes. We can replace progressive lenses with single-vision or reading lenses. This is a new lens order and fees apply.
My new lenses have the same prescription as my previous pair, but my vision feels different. Why?
A short adjustment period (7–10 days) is normal. Differences in lens curvature, optical centre alignment, frame shape, or coatings can change perception slightly. If discomfort persists, please have your prescription and fitting checked by an optician.

Can I purchase just the frames?
Yes. Frames can be purchased without lenses for later fitting or for non-prescription use.
Can I purchase lenses only?

Do you offer thinner lenses?
Yes. Multiple high-index options (1.61 / 1.67 / 1.74) are available for a thinner, lighter finish—ideal for higher prescriptions.

Do you provide photochromic (Transitions) lenses?

4. About Our Premium 1:1 Mirror Eyewear
What does “1:1 mirror quality” mean?
“1:1 mirror quality” describes eyewear meticulously crafted to match the original design in size, silhouette, weight and detailing. We use high-grade materials and precise manufacturing to deliver a luxury-level finish at an accessible price.
Are these products branded or affiliated with the original labels?
No. Our eyewear is designer-inspired and produced by independent manufacturers. We do not use other companies’ trademarks, logos or brand names, and our products are not affiliated with or endorsed by the original brand owners.
How does the quality compare with luxury eyewear?
We use comparable materials—premium acetate, stainless steel or titanium—and professional optical hardware/coatings. Comfort and craftsmanship are on par with many luxury frames, with savings of up to 70–80% vs. boutique pricing.
Why are your prices so attractive?
We source directly from specialised eyewear manufacturers and sell online, avoiding luxury retail mark-ups and licensing costs—so you get premium quality at a better price.
Do your sunglasses have real UV protection?
Yes. All sunglasses include 100% UVA/UVB protection as standard. Prescription lenses can add blue-light filter, anti-scratch and anti-reflective coatings.
Can I request a style similar to a specific designer model?
Yes. Tell us the style you love and we’ll recommend the closest 1:1 mirror option from our catalogue—always without trademarked logos.
What materials do you use?
Frames are crafted with premium acetate, stainless steel or titanium. Lenses come from trusted optical suppliers and can include UV protection, anti-scratch, anti-reflection and optional blue-light or photochromic features.
Is it legal to purchase and own your eyewear?
Yes. Our products are legally manufactured and sold as unbranded, designer-inspired eyewear. Because we do not use protected trademarks or logos, they are not marketed or sold as authentic branded goods.
Do your listed prices include lenses?
Our listed prices include standard single-vision lenses with basic coatings unless otherwise stated. Upgrades—high-index, photochromic, progressive or premium coatings—are quoted clearly before checkout.
5. After-Sales Service
What after-sales services do you provide?
As an online store, we assist with warranty claims, repair solutions and lens replacement. We do not offer in-person services such as frame adjustments or screw tightening.
There is a scratch on my lens. Can you help?
Scratches are not covered by warranty. We can arrange paid lens replacement if required.
Can you adjust the fit of frames purchased from other optical shops?
We do not provide physical adjustments. Please visit your nearest optical store for fitting or alignment services.
Can I have my frame adjusted at a different location?
Because we operate online only, adjustments are not available. Local optical stores can assist with fit and alignment efficiently and cost-effectively.
The nose-pad screw or hinge screw has come loose. Can you fix it?
We do not offer screw tightening or nose-pad replacement due to shipping logistics. For a quick solution, please visit a local optical store.
